The Membership Program is a paid membership program priced at $199.99 + tax, subject to these general terms and applicable laws. It offers the following benefits to members:
10% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT.
Conditions apply. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Membership benefits are valid exclusively at Meubles LE MIEUX and apply only to in-store purchases at Meubles LE MIEUX physical locations.
Exclusions from Benefits
Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or shared with others.
The 10% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT applies solely to furniture purchases. It does not apply to mattresses, decorations, bedding, shipping fees, parts, partial orders, or clearance furniture and mattresses.
The discount is calculated on the order subtotal before shipping and applicable taxes, and after other discounts.
The 10% discount does not serve as store credit and is subject to expiration.
Your membership proof will be sent via email within 24 to 72 hours or provided in-store and remains valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.
Terms and Conditions
The terms outlined below ("General Terms") govern the Meubles LE MIEUX Membership Program ("Membership Program"). These terms form an agreement between you ("Member" or "you") and Meubles LE MIEUX. By participating in the Membership Program, you agree to these General Terms and the Meubles LE MIEUX Privacy Policy.
Consent to Electronic Communications
By enrolling in the Membership Program, you agree to receive electronic communications regarding your membership. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Initial disclosures or agreements governing your membership.
- Disclosures required by provincial, territorial, or local laws.
- Notices related to membership expiration or changes.
- Other communications related to your membership account.
If you choose to withdraw consent for electronic communications, you cannot register for membership online. You may cancel electronic communications by contacting us via email at [email protected] or calling (450) 660-6818.
Fees, Duration, and Renewals
The membership fee is $199.99 + tax and is non-transferable.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date. Renewals require a new membership purchase.
Refund Example:
If you purchase the membership on November 1, 2023, for $199.99 and the program is discontinued on August 31, 2024, you will receive a refund for the unused portion ($16.67 per month for 2 remaining months = $33.34).
Refunds are only issued if Meubles LE MIEUX discontinues the program. Otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable.
