Best Price Guarantee Policies
The prices listed in Meubles Le Mieux stores and on our website are subject to change without notice. Therefore, photos of product price tags taken months ago for a current purchase are not accepted.
If a product on the website does not show a price, it means it is an exclusive item available for purchase only in-store. For more information, please contact us at (579) 634-3414.
If you find the same products made by the same supplier at a lower price in a store other than Meubles Le Mieux, we will match the competitor's price. To do this:
- You must provide proof—a photo of the product and its displayed sales price tag.
- Show the proof before or at the time of purchase. We do not accept proof of competitive pricing after you have made a purchase with us.
Final sale products, clearance items, second-hand products, expired promotional prices, and online prices are excluded.
Promotional Prices:
Promotional prices have start and end dates. If a customer purchases a product on a discount, and after their purchase, another promotion occurs, they are not entitled to benefit from the new promotion, as they already took advantage of the promotion at the time of their purchase.
Tax-Inclusive or Tax-Free Promotions:
This is a discount equivalent to the tax amount and is offered several times a year. Meubles Le Mieux reserves the right to choose the months when this promotion applies.
Example Calculation for Tax-Equivalent Discount:
- If a product’s regular or promotional price is $650 with taxes included, the total amount payable for this product is $650.
- The tax-equivalent discount will already be applied to the regular or promotional price: in this case, $84.66. So, $650 - $84.66 = $565.34 (pre-tax amount).
- You will proceed with payment and see: $565.34 + 14.975% tax = $650 (total amount payable).
Delivery Policies
SERVICE AND DELIVERY FEES:
Meubles Le Mieux offers delivery, unpacking, and installation services for most products. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout once the address is entered into the system.
- Contactless Delivery applies to decorative items and certain products that require little or no assembly. Products will be delivered outside the house or building. Customer signature is always required as proof of delivery.
- The Remote Quebec-Ontario Region refers to out-of-zone deliveries conducted by an external company, with merchandise delivered contactless to the building's door.
- In-Store or Warehouse Pickup: Customers must schedule product pickup at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Pickup is free of charge.
- Delivery times for products purchased in-store or online may vary by manufacturer, ranging from 1 to 90 days. Customers are encouraged to contact us at (450) 660-6818 to follow up on their order.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY DELAYS - OVER 90 DAYS
Currently, delays exceeding 90 days occur, varying by supplier. At the time of purchase, we will inform you of the expected delivery time, but this may change due to factors such as labor shortages or lack of raw materials. Most of our products are made in Canada and are not exempt from this situation. However, our Canadian suppliers will honor orders despite extended delivery times.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Once products arrive at our warehouse, store staff will contact the customer to schedule delivery. On delivery day, the driver will call approximately 30 minutes in advance to confirm the customer's presence at home.
- A $50 fee applies if the customer is absent during delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products fit the designated space.
- Customers must take necessary measurements before purchase and delivery. Otherwise, refer to the return policy.
Warranty Policies
Products come with a basic warranty (from the manufacturer) that will be applied according to each supplier's warranty policies. If the customer requests an additional (extended) warranty, we will provide information on the subject.
The Consumer Protection Act grants a warranty on all goods purchased or leased from a merchant. The item must: serve its intended purpose (Article 37 of the Act) and remain functional for a reasonable time, considering the price paid, contractual provisions, and usage conditions (Article 38 of the Act).

If a customer contacts us for service within the first year and the product has no defects but the issue is due to improper installation, misuse, or other unrelated issues, a service fee will be charged.
- Service will be performed by a technician authorized by Meubles Le Mieux.
General Warranty Conditions for Sold Furniture:

Warranty Duration:
- Furniture: 1-year warranty (parts and labor).
- Warranty starts from the delivery date.

Items Covered by the Warranty:
- Manufacturing defects.

Items Not Covered by the Warranty:
- Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse.
- Labor after one year is not covered and incurs fees starting at $75.

Claim Process:
- Customers must submit an after-sales service request form on our website.
- Required documents: purchase invoice, furniture serial number, and damage photos.

Response Time for Claims:
- Expect a response within 24 to 72 hours.

Repairs:
- Defective furniture repairs are covered under warranty.

Refunds:
- Warranty does not provide refunds for defects.

Limitation of Liability:
- The seller is not responsible for furniture defects.
Storage Policy
Meubles Le Mieux will notify customers when their merchandise arrives at our warehouse. If customers are not ready to receive furniture, we offer storage for one month free of charge, provided the merchandise is 100% paid for. After one month, storage fees of $100 per month apply.
Merchandise for which the invoice is not fully paid will be stored for one month. After one month, the deposit and merchandise will be forfeited.
